Condom broke

Back in October of 2017 i had an exposure with a csw, the condom broke while i was ejaculating probably remained inside of her for about 30 seconds.  I was really scared when i pulled out, and she repeatedly told me she was completely clean and was recently tested 1 week prior.  At the time I felt that she was telling the truth, she mentioned that she gets tested regularly every 4- 6 weeks.  Regardless i did a 4th generation test which i believe was 28 days after exposure, slight chance it could of been 24 days which came back negative.  Since then i have taken three oraquick oral swab test at 20 weeks, 38 weeks and most recently two weeks ago which is almost 20 months. All were negative. Can i consider this matter closed?  Sorry for the panic, i have been dealing with tremendous guilt and my longtime partner (female) has had a re occurent breakout of shingles which has thrown me over the edge.  Just want to make sure this is not related and the test are conclusive

Your tests are 100% conclusive.  It is long past time to put this event, and concerns about getting HIV from it, behind you.
