Advice needed

My head has been a mess for a while and I am turning into a nervous wreck. For a long time I had been questioning my sexuality. After having a night on the beer I took a man home. After giving each other oral, he attempted to penetrate me. He did not manage to insert in and his penis was pressed against my anus without really going in. At this point I realised that there was no protection and that I did not want to carry on. There was no ejaculation and he has repeatedly stressed he does not have any std.
2 weeks after the exposure I developed a mild sore throat and spent an afternoon and evening unable to stop sneezing. This sore throat lasted about a week. I then got extremely fatigued but this passed after a few days. I had recently done a month of night shifts and I know how they can affect you. I then got a rash on my stomach which cleared up when I applied one dose of betnovate eczema cream. I got what looked like a rash on my nose but that again cleared up and dissapeared after applying one dose of betnovate to it.
I took a 4th gen test at the 28 day mark and I am waiting for the result. All symptoms have now passed (4 weeks and 1 day after exposure) but I am going mad with worry.
Would an ars rash on the nose clear up with just one application of betnovate to it?
I have also recently given up smoking marijuana after 20 years and also given up drinking caffeine.
I know I can not do anything till I get the results but I am going mental

Thank you fellas. It seems rather irrational trying to get reassurance from people on a website but I suppose any crumb of comfort helps at this point.

There may have been a slight possibility some precum may have entered my system but I just have to hope it did not.

I just need to tough it out now till the result comes through.

You are right though, it is mental torture. I woke up in the middle of the night last night sweating. Straight away it sets off a panic as it could be attributed to hiv. Your mind plays on that even though it could also be put down to the heat or anxiety.

It did not help with me getting a load of symptoms within the window period. But hopefully it will be some kind if chest/throat viral infection.

Hey please listen to Teak, he has been helping people like us for a very long time, if there was a risk associated with your "exposure" of lack of in this case. He would definetly tell you, and he is very straightforward,blunt with his answers. He doesnt beat around the bush and gives you what you need to know.

He will tell you if there was a risk, but there is none take care.

You are torturing yourself, because you never had an exposure.

I have been unable to move on due to waiting for the result. I suffer with extreme anxiety and have had a pretty serious attack.

My mind keeps going over the symptoms.

I started about 10 days post exposure with a little spot on the roof of my mouth. This was not painful in anyway. Once the spot had gone down a mild sore throat started.  

The  I noticed two swollen glands. One was just under my chin and one on my neck. They looked like red raw spots tbh as they were only the size of zits. I still have both of them even though other symptoms have gone.

When I had the sore throat, I was wheezing really bad at night. So bad that I was waking myself up.

I then started with a rash on my stomach and nose but these cleared up when I applied some betnovate to them.

A few days after getting the sore throat I started sneezing. I cod not stop for about 12 hours.

Then the sore throat subsided after a week and just started being annoying and irritating. At this point I started with a cough.

I was also totally shattered throughout.

Now I know a lot of people get carried away with symptoms but this is utter torture waiting for the result :-(

Thank you teak. My head has been a mess with all sorts recently. I now know I am not gay and hopefully the results will come back negative. I am just working myself up. The lesson learned here is to stay off google when looking at symptoms.
Fingers crossed I will be ok and can move on with my life.
