HIV transmission from pet Bird nail scratch

eagerly waiting to receive an answer. we own a pet bird, some days ago it gave me nail scratch , some amount of blood came out. It was already happened to my brother also several times.
I don't know my brother's sexual relation and moreover I don't know his HIV status.
So, my question is that if he has HIV ,then in any way can I be transmitted to HIV by nails scratch from bird because
the bird scratches him also..

Hiv is never alive or dead its active or non active . Hiv can remain active only inside its host(human body).Birds nail will never give you hiv have a good day and stop worrying about such small little issues........

Thank you. this was my worry. One more question, how long HIV remains alive in a birds nail??

No, this is not how HIV is transmitted.

Hiv is a fragile, difficult to transmit virus that is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in UNPROTECTED anal or vaginal intercourse where the virus never leaves the confines of the two bodies. Once hiv finds itself outside the body, small changes in temperature, and pH and moisture levels all quickly damage the virus and render it unable to infect.
