HIV transmission question and on the environment

Hi !

So, its been bugging my head a lot. Okay lets suppose there is an active kid that runs around on public places touching everything he saw, toilet seats(or the wet part of the toilet most people never touch), toilet flush, door handles, elevator button, and as I say, anything touched by most people in public places. Then the kid gets home and touches the tip of his penis which is currently ejaculating(he's on puberty). Is it possible for HIV to transmit from HIV contaminated surfaces such as public places then to the tip of his ejaculating penis? What other risk could this behavior cause?
Thanks in advance!
