The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You were never at risk for HIV.  Handjobs, with or without bodily fluids, are zero risk for HIV and any STDs.  For HIV to transmit, your penis would have had to enter the other person's anus unprotected.

Thank you very much.... Just a last question on this.

Could you please help in one last thing. penis does not slide in when rubbing. I think you know when you penetrate. This is last question and sorry for asking such stupid questions.

Will not ask you anymore.
You would know if you penetrated someone's anus.
Hi thank you for all the support you are providing here to ppl. I read this on body site and
wonders if that one case of materbutation you know what were circumstances for that…. Excerpt
If you and a partner are masturbating each other, there's a low, theoretical risk if your partner has HIV infection. If a hand has direct contact with infected semen or vaginal fluids, and then that hand has contact with the urethral opening of your penis or the inside of your vagina, it's just about plausible that an infection could be passed on. It's also theoretically possible that a cut on your hand could provide an opening to infected fluids.

These are theoretical risks. Only one case like this has ever been reported.
This theoretical risk doesn't exist. You can actually die from a meteorite strike (or millions of other unforeseen disasters) at any moment though, so your priorities are mixed up when you waste any time worrying and researching about hiv from this zero risk encounter.
One more q, i m almost on terms with it. Is tip of penis mucous membrane, vulnerable which can obsarb hiv or it is linining inside the opnening?
I m circumcized
BOTH.  MOVE ON from this event.

You have been told how HIV is transmitted.  It is not our job to help you come to terms with the established science.  If you cannot accept that HIV is only transmitted, sexually, when an unprotected penis is inside a vagina or anus, please seek counseling to help you.  We do not provide anxiety support here.
I m sorry to keep asking questions on this after the assessment given. Not involved into sex with guy before. One thing which constantly bothering me that other person touched tip of my penis and i do not the reason. Why a person will touch a part that is route for infection as well.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (hand, body,  fluids, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
It is time to reread all of the previous advice because you are so anxious that you haven't understood any of it. If you are still worried after rereading see a therapist because continued anxiety is a bit of a mental health problem. We can't solve mental health problems on this chat forum.
Thank you very much for detailed comment. would you be able to provide some links from medical journals or research for HIV not transmitting outside the body
Reread about 40. You don't ask your doctor for blueprints to the X-ray machine if you have a broken bone.
If you can't move on from hiv obsession, then seek therapy.
AnxiousNomore. Thanks for responding back…your answers and these forums truly helping ppl like us in control…. I am just curious that most sites and medhelp much more liberal on hiv transmission than cdc.  This is something i found on CDC website which says touching is rare but possible way

————as per cdc—/—
Touching involves putting your hands, other body parts, or sex toys on your partner’s vagina, penis, or anus.
The only possible risk would be if body fluids from a person with HIV touch the mucous membranes or damaged tissue of someone without HIV. Mucous membranes are found inside the rectum, vagina, opening of the penis, and mouth. Damaged tissue could include cuts, sores, or open wounds.
You can get or transmit some other STDs (like human papillomavirus or HPV, genital herpes, and syphilis) through skin-to-skin contact.
If you touch someone’s anus and get feces on your hands or fingers, you can also get or transmit hepatitis A and hepatitis B. Infection with parasites like Giardia and bacteria like Shigella, Salmonella, Campylobacter, and E. coli can also occur.
The CDC has you worried about theoretical risks that have never manifested in real life.
You CAN actually die from flesh eating disease but you don't live in a bubble to avoid catching it, so your priorities are mixed up worrying about hiv touching that has never manifested in real life.  There are 5,000 diseases and conditions that you can actually get with ZERO warning so it's going to be a long road if you spend as much time googling all of them as you have wasted trying to medical research without any training for hiv.
Seek therapy because at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue, and this forum can't provide the one on one that you need to deal with it.
Thank you i got your point
How are ars symptoms look alike. On day 20, I got sick with chills, and low grade fever. I took fever reducer and anti-allergy. I have constantly low grade fever from few days, body and headaches. Fever went way by taking medicines. But I caught with dry caught and till day (about 6-7 days), I still have cough. I never have dry cough before, this is something making me anxious
Please help,
@curFewX, please help
Reread about 40 instead of ignoring the advice and continuing googling for ZERO purpose. The first step to peace is to stop wasting your time googling cold turkey and the second is to stop looking at your body for symptoms of a disease you can't have.
If you WON'T move on from googling hiv, then seek therapy instead of telling everyone that you have googled something new that scares you.
Thanks AnxiousNoMore, I am not googling that is why asking to experts here about ARS. it will not hurt responding without getting upset. The same few lines, you have written, you could have done for ARS symptoms characterization.
Sorry i guess you are right… sumptoms could happen due many other disease.. gladly i do not have it and should be happy on that… thanks for ur help anyways… you take care and stay happy
