Generally no risk of HIV but still got symptoms

Thanks for the help, I have sex with a female sex worker 11 days ago.
In order to protect myself, I used a brand new condom through receiving oral sex from her, when it comes to vaginal sex I used another brand new condom, after the sex because I didn't ejaculate so I asked her to do me a hand job, at that time she took off the condom from my penis, so it can tell that the condom didn't fall off, through the hand job my penis only touched her hand and my hand, but I'm not sure if there's any vaginal discharge on our hands, after the hand job I checked the condom that I've used by putting water into it and it shows it didn't break.
In this situation, it can tell that I've correctly used the condom and didn't fail, generally I have no risk of HIV right?
But around 9 to 11 days after the sex I still had HIV symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, felt tired easily and muscle pain.
But I can't think any possibility for me to get HIV, but I'm still worried because of these symptoms.
Am I did enough protection and shouldn't think of HIV anymore?

Yes, I agree that you had no risk here.  You used protection during intercourse which will protect you from HIV and you did not have any risk from your other activity.  Adults only get HIV from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  So, no risk and no need to test.

Exactly.

You did not have a risk from what you've described. Using condoms for penetrative sex is what prevents HIV. Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Since you had no risk, there is no reason to test.
