HIV trasmission methods

I was cutting something in the kitchen when i got cut my a knife, first i did not realise it but then it started bleeding so i got scared. It was my friends knife and not mine. I was cutting in his kitchen so I am scared that i got HIV. And also I had an exposure before this experience and got my self tested for the same after 3 months fortunately the test results were negative. Am I at risk for the cut through a knife and also do i need to test finally after 6 months for the previous exposure ?? Please tell me because I am really tensed. Thank You.

You don't need to test at all for this incident.  If you HAD had a risk, you would never need to test past 3 months...6 months is old news.
