HIV?

Here is a new question of mine,
about a month ago, i had sex with a guy, and we used condom,
BUT i stuck my finger into his annus for a while,
and after i awared i had a hangnail and
i pilled that off like few hours (or 2 hours maybe) before i finger him.
well, i didn't see any blood but i could see the inner skin,
and the wound is  about 2mm long.
and i started to have fever last weekend,  i 'd seen two doctors already
and still "instable fever".

and my question is :
is that normal to have a fever like that? is that something about hiv infected?
am i in a high risk now?
my doctor is on leave til thurs, so i really bushed these days.
and thanks for answering or reading this.  Thankyou.

It wouldn't matter if you seen blood, it will still not have been a risk.

Thanks Teak,
but what i concern is,
i am not sure what i saw was really the "inner skin"
i just didn't see any blood, but there was fluid coming out.
it's a bit red and a bit hurt when touched.
is that still ok?

i am so sorry to be annoying but i have so many question about it.
and the fever thing just drive me crazy.

anyway, really thanks for helping.
