A week & a half ago I attempted to receive anal sex but wasn’t able to do so. The guy wore a condom but he didn’t put it on very well but the head of his penis was covered. He penetrated me for 10-15 seconds & I told him to stop as it hurt too much. This morning I woke up with a swollen nose in my groin & have had a sore throat & mild headache for two days. I’ve noticed no swelling anywhere else & don’t feel feverish or fatigued. Could this be a sign of HIV Infection. I should mention that I had a rather heavy leg workout 2 days ago...maybe I pulled something?

That’s swollen node...not nose

You don't have any medical training so it is doubtful that you know what a lymph issue is, so shouldn't be poking and irritating it then claiming you diagnosed something. You can't get hiv when you used a condom so you need to move on, first stop googling for death cold turkey, second stop examining cold turkey your body for clues to your hiv theory and third by relaxing and going back to your happy life, in that order.
