Handjob with Saliva

I went to an escort almost 20 days ago for a handjob and massage. She gave me a handjob during which she used her saliva once to lubricate. I am not sure if there were any blood in her saliva or not. I often get cuts on my penis due to rubbing not sure if they are herpes or not. During handjob, I did not feel any pain or anything, but I am not sure if I had any cut or not. I checked my penis after coming home and I did not find any visible cut. But after two days I could find a cut. However, after 10 days, I was feeling feverish with mild fatigue which lasted for 5 days. Do you think I am at risk of HIV if I had any abrasion during the handjob with saliva and if those are caused by herpes? I have read that herpes increases the risk of HIV. Is there any risk if herpes is exposed to saliva.

I'll stick to hiv as you've written to the HIV forum.  For a herpes question, you should ask that on the herpes forum found under communities. The only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Touching in a hand job will not transmit the virus.  Oral will not transmit the virus nor would using saliva as lubricant.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  Even if you had a cut of some sort, this would not be a means of transmission.  When a cut is involved in HIV transmission, its like a bit gaping wound and you'd most certainly not be enjoying a hand job if that is the case.  So, you had no risk and do not need to worry.
