Wanted to agree that HIV is really pretty hard to transmit.  Air and saliva in activate it and a clothing barrier?  Having 'naked' frottage won't transmit the virus let alone through clothing.  The only ways adults get hiv is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  So, you were totally safe with zero risk.

Is hiv transmitted from naked forttage?
As you will see in my above statement, I say that it won't. No, frottage is not a risk for HIV.  The ONLY risks are stated and include unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing IV drug needles.  That's really the final answer we can give you.  No risk.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( clothes and/or body fluids which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
In fact even if you were not wearing clothes you wouldn't have had an hiv risk from body fluids, since there was no penetration.

Thank you very much
What if she had vaginal fluid (though she didn't haf) in her underwear and then she rubbed over my penis which was again inside my underwear can this way the virus can transmit?
There are only 3 ways you can get hiv and you didn't do any of them. hiv prevention is straightforward because there are only 3, so rather than trying to think of the thousands of ways that you can do things then wondering if you got hiv from each one, all you have to do is think about the 3 and then move on.
The 3 way are?
"..unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv."
Can hiv be transmitted through naked genital rubbing, without penetration
