Hello

Hello i have a rather different question which i know may feel like its not a risk at all but just curious to know if there is ANY KIND of risk AT ALL for HIV or STD's

i went for a massage (swedish-with oil) in a massage center.i had to wear the disposable underwear and i was ready for the massage.The girl was around 20-22 and she started putting oil on my body and massaging all over starting from the stomach and then the rest.when i finished the massage i checked my fingers and saw a little skin tear below the cuticle where the skin is.Not the cuticle but below it (around 1 inch below the cuticle) i do often have such skin peels/break as i chew my nails n fiddle with my nails with my hands.i saw a little but of blood on it and i washed it.didnt think of it as such but then could it be possible that if the girl had an open sore and her sore directly touched my cut then wud it be possible for hiv infection or any other std's?

kindly answer and thanks.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or  vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

YES,you can't give her a virus you don't have yourself.The real issue here is guilt not Hiv.Just forget this ever happened and from now on be faithful to your wife.

You shouldn't be worried at all.You said it yourself that there was no peneration at all.No unprotected peneration= No HIV.Stop worrying and go back to your normal life and forget about this.

i did not have any penetrative sex at all.no vaginal intercourse or anal or even oral.nothing at all! just lil concerned if she had a wound on her hand ( i did not check her hand) and if that wound came in contact with my cut below my cuticle while she massaged my body so ..
worried about this a little bit

Zero risk from what you describe.Hiv is not transmitted that way.If you had unprotected penerative vaginal or anal sex with her or shared iv drug works then you would have had a risk.This never happened so you never had a risk.You're safe and you can stop worrying.There is no need to test for Hiv or any other STD's.You're fine.
