You've been told the risks for HIV. The are straight forward.  These risks include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Vaginal fluid on a finger would would not nor has it ever transmitted hiv.  Air inactivates the virus. This answer will not change. You can not get HIV this way. No risk, no reason to test.

What you mean please (air)?
Wich Air ?!
I inserted my finger insid her vagina .
There is always air in during fingering. Your anxiety is out of control which might be why you haven't understood anything that you read. You keep repeating the same fears and ignored all the advice.

It is time to reread the advice until you understand it instead of skipping over it and talking about how anxious you are (especially reading the words "fragile", 40 years, only, no) and move on instead of thinking that you are a researcher without medical training and thinking that you will be the first person in history infected with hiv this way.
hiv can't infect through the blood vessels of a finger either. It is fragile and only has specific ways to infect, so you need to accept that or else talk to your doctor or a therapist if you can't.

oh no, we don't want to tell people to waste time and money testing for non risks. It's a non risk, they should not test.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (body fluids,  etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are only 3 ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe.

Even I felt the burning sensation in my finger?
She showed me anegativ hiv test 2 days befor i met her .
Reread the advice. It doesn't say there is an exception to the 3 ways to get hiv if there is a burning finger - or anything else that you can think of for an exception.
So can I forget the story and move on?
Im verrrry worry and afraid from this story.
Reread the advice. Since you didn't answer the QUESTION I will do it for you this time.> "No, the fingering didn't involve a penetrating penis in a vagina or anus and a hollow needle  was not used to finger her, so I had no risk and should move on instead of wasting my time  worrying about a disease I can't have."
Sorry ..  im very afraid .
I just want to ask
Even it was massaged in..norisk??
You are now over asking. You've now been explicitly told no risk. That answer won't change. Anxiety is the issue here and I hope you get some help for it.
Seek therapy for your anxiety which is a bit of a mental health issue at this point. You don't have any medical training but just keep repeating your medical views over and over which is illogical.
