Help please,HIV scared

I went to a barbershop and he used a straight razor for shaving my beard, he first applied a cream which i don't know what it exactly was and then he started shaving. Before he started shaving, the razor was in a sterizing machine but the lights of the machine were turned off and I'm afraid that it wasn't sterilized. At that time i saw no cuts but when i reached home after 10 minutes i saw tiny 2 or 3 tiny spots of blood on pimples. What are the chances that i could get hcv or hiv or any other std from this incident?

I have studied HIV for a while now including living with it, and transmission routes.  Plus, common sense.

HIV is rendered unable to infect once exposed to air.  No one has ever been infected from a hair cut.

Just one last question, i promise this is the last one. Even if he didnt change the razor and it was used on another person and not sterilized it would still be no risk?
