I also agree that this isn't a risk.  The risks for HIV include unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles. Air inactivates the virus.  This is zero risk.

You cannot get HIV or any STD from someone's hands, no matter what.  It doesn't matter if the hands have secretions or any other bodily fluid on them.  It is NOT possible.
