Had unprotected vaginal and received sex with an unknown man, got tested at planned parent hood at 6 weeks with a rapid hiv finger prick, and tested from my vein at 9 weeks how accurate are these test?

A duo is conclusive at 4 weeks so you have to ask them f that was used, otherwise your tests were a waste of time and you need to wait 12 weeks for a non-duo test.

When I called and asked to speak to a nurse she said that the test used was detecting both antigens and antibodies.. but I’m thinking it was a 3rd generation.

no, that is a 4th gen duo test. you're conclusive.

I’m still skeptical because when I spoke to the front desk girl she told me “well it could take up to 12 weeks to show” but I asked to speak with a nurse and got a call back and she said “Your negitive test at 6 weeks is 99. Something accurate and I said so I don’t need to re test and she said no there’s no reason to. So I did get both answers I’m starting to think it was a rapid 3rd generation test antibodies and antigens

You won't find consensus on window periods, and the nurse is using a more conservative window than the one that the expert doctors we rely on use. ab/ag is a two-fold test, therefore it is called a duo as the nurse told you.
The desk girl is using a very outdated protocol which some very conservative sites use. You have to pick what you feel comfortable with because you won't find consensus so we can't be arguing all day about which window to use.

I do know that there wasn’t any paper testing down and I’m sure they put the blood in a stick that shows one or two lines. If that helps since I got my results back within 20min.

We don't work there but the nurse does, so your situation is straightforward - you have to  go to the clinic to find which test was used, instead of here.
Your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness at this point since you think the nurse lied to you about the test she used, so you need to see a mental health specialist to help you deal with your irrational fears.

If it is a 4th gen, it is conclusive.
If it is a 3rd gen, it might not be conclusive. But it is still reliable

It seems like when I say she said that it’s a 4th gen. But could a 3rd gen test for both too?

i answered that question a d AnxiousNoMore did yesterday i simply daid 4th gen, his answer was "ab/ag is a two-fold test, therefore it is called a duo as the nurse told you." you're repeating questions  and from i gather, you seem to have really bad anxiety. i think we have all answered  the most we can at this point it seems regarding HIV, but we cannot help your anxiety.
