Hiv/Hep or any blood disease can it spread through used lancet?

Can HIV/ Hep or any blood disease spread if pricked with used lancet which is used in pen kind of a machine to prick for diabetes test machine?

No, as explained here before, a used needle used to stick such as a lancet is different than a needle that is injectable. A lancet is exposed to air.  HIV will not transmit from this as well as where would this happen? Any healthcare setting isn't going to reuse items such as this between patients.  The only risks for HIV are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles (not lancet/needle pokes).
