Hiv Infected? Sombody please help!!

On the 30th of September I took a trip out to Tokyo japan! When I went to the club I needed up meeting this Japanese local around 40 years of age! We then hit the night off and said she wanted to have sex . I was drinking to much and made a terrible decision we went to a hotel and had sex for a couple of mins ! I did not ejaculate because I couldn’t I was way to drunk ! After 14 days to be exact I went to get checked for any STD my anxiety was ruining my life! The results came back and all where negative! I thought u was good to go but then read online about HIV how it takes longer for the body to produce antibodies I automatically started freeking out and anxiety once again is taking over my life! I haven’t had any symptoms other than a cough that does not go away i tested again at the 51/2 week mark they drew blood from my veins and I had to wait a full week before I could get results. I was loosing my mind over this! Results came back and all came back negative for all STDs! I thought I was good once again then hoped back online to verify about test results and accuracy that’s when the 12 week window started to appear on every website I have visited! I’m going to get tested next week witch will put me at 11 weeks post possible exposure!
My question is, is it possible for my results to change from negative to positive and if not is the results after 11 weeks conclusive ??
I’m freaking out !! Somebody help me !!

Why do you not feel your test is conclusive at 5 weeks?  Sounds like it was a combo test which IS conclusive at 4 weeks.  If you don't know what test it was, how about a simple phone call to find out.  Your risk was so low.  You are freaking out in a way that isn't warranted considering your test is probably conclusively negative and you had a low risk.  You seem to be working yourself up when it isn't necessary.

to GR " I didn’t ask the doctor because of the language barrier in japan "
Not really an excuse for worrying needlessly.  He was IN Japan so certainly has some sort of contact there that can confirm what kind of test it was.
You are right. Even if there is a language barrier it would be worth his time to pay an interpreter today to find out from the clinic what test was used. The clinic probably uses the same test for every patient.

Mike_no asks the important question of whether you used a condom or not. But either way, a single exposure, as he says, is very low risk.  No reason to panic.  I agree with the rest of what Mike_no says as well.

I’m am very scared and my stress is overwhelming the 5 and half week test was negative but after 11 weeks I should have a conclusive answer I pray and I hope that this result does not change! I am not sure I think both were for antibodies! They took a lot of blood from me and placed it inside of a tube! I didn’t ask the doctor because of the language barrier in japan
Did you use a condom?

Also a negative at  38/39 days for a single instance of unprotected exposure for a FTM transmission would be very indicative.  I wouldn't see that changing at 42 days.

12 weeks is outdated information.
I did not use a condom that’s why I’m stressing out so bad I never had the symptoms of HIV other than a cough but my girlfriend is showing me all the signs of possible hiv exposure fever, body aches, dry cough, white tongue and her left breast hurts like somebody punch her ? I’m super worried right now like I said I did the antibody test at 5 and a half weeks and it came out negative ! Somebody help me out here
Your idea that a cold proves HIV is very unscientific - she has had many in the past so do think she had HIv every time and that everyone else on the planet with a cold has hiv too?.
You don't have any medical training so it is unrealistic for you to have such confidence in your ability to diagnose disease, and unrealistic for you to have no confidence in the science that created the hiv test.
Your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue, so you need to see a therapist to deal with your unrealistic feelings that your science fiction theories can become reality. Things can get a lot worse mentally if you let this irrational thinking keep spiraling out of control.
Yeah I do have an issue I can’t stop thinking about the possibility of me being Infected with the virus! I just looked it up on when I took the last exam it was on the 23rd of October so it was not 5 weeks it was only 23 days! Omg !! I’m loosing it guys !! The only symptoms I’ve had is a scratchy throat and cough that does not go away lack of energy and diarrhea !!
