Hiv Test - PCR and ELISA

Hi
I'm a 23 years old guy in a homosexual relationship.
During the last month (May) me and my bf decided to have one singular experience outside the relationship with other guys and we both had protected anal intercourse and unprotected oral sex (without ejaculation inside the mouth) , we don't know the hiv status of the guys we met and now we did some test just to be sure everything is ok. I want to say also we had no syntomphs at all.
- My bf got tested 35 days (5 weeks) after the possible exposure with an ELISA test (antibodies + p24 ) resulting negative (no reactive)
- I got tested 15 days (two weeks and one day) after the possible exposure with a PCR RNA combined with an antibody + p24 test resulting in a non detectable viral load and negative for antibodies and p24.

Now I know PCR is not for screening and diagnosing due to high cost , technical problems, and high rate of false positives. I took this test since it was too early for an ELISA test alone. But if this test has high sensibility (no false negative) and a good specificity (some false positive) my negative result after 15 days should be quite good or not ?
Can i take this results as conclusive ?
I think i'm going to test for an elisa again at the 4 weeks (still missing couple of days), what are the probabilities my PCR missed an infection ?
thanks in advantage
