Hiv and std risk from relationship with sex worker

Hello i want to ask if there’s any risk even if 0.0001% hiv or std from oral insert the girl suck my penis with condom and touching kissing her brest nipple nick and feet ?

Also want to know if i can resume my sexual life with my wife without testing?

Do i need to test for hiv or std ?

Note i have a chilled she’s breast feedinf from my wife so i need to be sure 100% before I resume my sexual life with my wife please

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There is 0% risk from any of the activities you mentioned.  HIV is NEVER transmitted by receiving oral sex, or touching/sucking any body part.  HIV is only transmitted in the two ways I mentioned above.

Since you had ZERO risk, you do not need a test and you can move on from this event.

I’m worry because i have a babe on breastfeeding from my wife
