Hiv and std

Was given a handjob by a call girl, without condom, sucked her boobs and sniffed her vagina over her panty and might be i had even softly bitten with my mouth over her panty touched her vagina with my hand and finished off with self musterbation myself, don't know which hand I used for myself.
Don't know if she had any cuts on her boobs, or blood on her panty or any body fluid of her previous client ( or hers ) on her boobs or panty.
And after these activity I am getting scared of HIV and STD,
The next day I have mouth ulcer on the back side of my lips.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

The activities your describe are zero risk for HIV or any STDs.  You cannot get HIV or any STDs from a handjob, and no disease on the planet transfers from human to human via touching or kissing/licking minor cuts and scrapes.
