HIV is a sexually transmitted disease which requires actual unprotected sexual contact between yourself and another individual infected with HIV. The only other risk for an adult is sharing needles for injecting drugs. You admit that you have not done any of those things which means that you have never been at risk for HIV.
However, you have had other pretty significant health issues between the TB and the dengue fever, which means any symptoms you're having are likely related to those prior illnesses. They're not like the common cold. They sometimes result in lifelong symptoms that require active management by a knowledgeable doctor. I suggest you keep working with your doctor to figure out how to manage your symptoms. But you have never been exposed to HIV so you're wasting your time researching it.
"i never had any sexual encounter or blood transfusion or drug abuse before" You think you got HIV from a blood transfusion. However that can't happen so you need to move on.
You don't have any medical training, so should stop trying to be a doctor. An HIV doctor can't diagnose from symptoms so you should stop wasting your time examining your body then creating unscientific HIV theories.
This story is very convoluted and confusing. Forget about your symptoms - symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV. The only important information we need is:
1) What was your last risk event for HIV, and what was the date of your last HIV risk event?
2) What was the date of your last HIV test?
