Hiv anxiety...please answer

I was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis in august 29,2015....due to coughing up blood my hemoglobin went down and i was blood transfused....after 2 days doctors said that a tb patient can also have hiv...so i was tested for hiv and came back negative...(i never had any sexual encounter or blood transfusion or drug abuse before)...then i was given tb medicine and was recovering...after 45 days post transfusion i was visiting a renowed hospital in India (my country) for satisfaction that yes i indeed had tb nothing else....they did all the test and said to continue tb medication for 9 months and i did that....they also did HIV elisa 3rd generation post 45 days of blood transfusion..and negative result came back....fast forward 2 years later in september 2017 i caught dengue fever...i recovered within 10 days...but after dengue fever i developed tonsil stones, then gradually in cold seasons i.e. february 2018 i had this sore throat for 2-3 weeks comes and goes often till now...in april i started to discover lymph nodes around body that pains a little sometimes and also comes and goes...little random red round rash on body...june i started to have, i think a combined geographical tongue and yellowish debris over tongue..in august 25 2018 i took hiv duo test at ICTC centres(no encounter till 2015 except hospitalisation) ...which came negative....but my tongue problem still exist..and i feel some pain in my thigh and armpit.....which i think are lymph nodes......my questions are..1)ICTC centres do the tests for free...so there could be malpractice at their work..they could mismatch the samples....right??
2)Are my recent symptoms related to hiv??
3)should i go for another test where they charge for it instead free??
I forgot to mention that i developed cough after dengue and had a bout of antibiotics for 17 days..and then the doctor gave me inhalers...i used inhaler for like 3 months....i took antibiotics for stomach problem also on april 2018.....i have heard that antibiotic sometimes causes tongue problem...i am very worried as you can understand from my titanic query...sorry in advance..

HIV is a sexually transmitted disease which requires actual unprotected sexual contact between yourself and another individual infected with HIV. The only other risk for an adult is sharing needles for injecting drugs. You admit that you have not done any of those things which means that you have never been at risk for HIV.

However, you have had other pretty significant health issues between the TB and the dengue fever, which means any symptoms you're having are likely related to those prior illnesses. They're not like the common cold. They sometimes result in lifelong symptoms that require active management by a knowledgeable doctor. I suggest you keep working with your doctor to figure out how to manage your symptoms. But you have never been exposed to HIV so you're wasting your time researching it.

"i never had any sexual encounter or blood transfusion or drug abuse before" You think you got HIV from a blood transfusion. However that can't happen so you need to move on.
You don't have any medical training, so should stop trying to be a doctor. An HIV doctor can't diagnose from symptoms so you should stop wasting your time examining your body then creating unscientific HIV theories.

This story is very convoluted and confusing.  Forget about your symptoms - symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose HIV.  The only important information we need is:
1)  What was your last risk event for HIV, and what was the date of your last HIV risk event?
2) What was the date of your last HIV test?

Risk events---
1)blood transfusion 03.09.2015
Hiv negative post 45 days  elisa 3rd generation.
I know 45 day test is inconclusive...but did not studied in google thorougly about window period and other stuffs..so i did not do test after that foolishly.....i should have anyway.
Now..
2)hospitalisation for dengue fever 15.09.2017....may be they used some infected needle  for fingerprick blood sugar test.
Symptomps started to show up.

Hiv duo test  on 25.08.2018.....came negative.....
Symptoms mentioned in post come and go.please suggest...
You didn't have any risk for HIV.  Even if you HAD had a risk (which you did not), you have tested conclusively negative.

I have no idea what is causing your health issues - only that it is NOT HIV.
