Hiv concerns and testing

hi doctor i'm a 21 year old boy from uzbekistan. I had sex with a prostitute without condom on 15 august 2012.  I live with my parents all my sisters are married. 1 month after my exposure i had ars symptoms including lymphodenopaty and rash during this time my mother had needle stick with me and she began to experience ars symptoms including enlarged liver later on my father found flu like  symptoms including lymphodenopaty. Till now we developed some the same symptoms  generalised lymphodenopaty, skin blood spots, white patches on skin , dizzying, loss of hair and some separate symptoms  mom and me complain of intermittent fever from accute infection till now oral  problems liver problems. I didn't share my behaviour with my mom and told only father so we took mom's blood to testing without the knowledge of her after 9'5 month DUO TEST NEGATIVE Father tested negative on 3th may 2013 and i tested negative 1 3 4 6 8 12 month after DUO TEST. When my sisters come to our house they and their children experienced symptoms like ours. My questions are 1 -is there any documented case that a person regularly tested negative After risk and presented with opportunistic infection after years? 2- new strain 02_ag/a can be detected by standard testing? 3- is there guarantee that any re combination any mutation and any new strains of hiv can be detected by 4th generation testing if yes or not why? 4- is it possible that new strains cause transmission of casual contact such as sharing kitchen utensils and so on ? 5- what do you suggest that we do pcr immunogramma and what is our possibility of having hiv with the symptoms? Last one 6- may serocoversion take so long like this ? Thanks for your answer beforehand! Sorry for the amount of the text and questions !
