Hiv exposes through withdrawal of condom?

Hello I am very concerned with my situation, I am a 27 year old Hispanic female who started dating a 23 year old Hispanic male. About 2 weeks ago we had protected sex, but when he finished the condom stayed inside me, not all of it was inside me but the opening of the condom was out towards my opening of my vagina (sorry for the details) when I closed my legs I felt the sperm through my labia majora and that’s when he noticed it was left in me. I felt it dripping, and I felt it towards my opening of my vagina since I had closed my legs and it squished the sperm out.  He then got it and it didn’t have any holes or tears, there was still some ejaculation in it. I’m so scared, I felt like I was being very carefull due to my last experiences and am very afraid that i probably put myself at high risk or some risk for hiv. He showed me his test results for chlamydia and gonorrhea through an online portal which were negative, he tryed seeing if they had tested him for hiv and syphillis but couldn’t find any online results for that, he was unfamiliar if they had tested him. So I asked that he use a condom but now this situation happened, am I at high risk ? Could the sperm from the condom, infect me ?  Thankyou I’m advance I’m really nervous

I can see that you are worried and I am sorry about that. Mike_no has really given you good advice in his last post to you.  Please take that in. You were not at risk for the reasons he states no matter what you are adding to it in your mind. Anxiety is hard to deal with but the good news is that you can get help for it.  I'd consider doing that so you don't keep playing things over and over in your mind building them into things they aren't.

You were already told that you were not at a risk of HIV transmission.

HIV is fragile, any contact with the outside environment renders it uninfectious, it may be only transmitted through vaginal or anal 'intercourse', precisely, inside of the body.

The fact that you are suspecting 'what-ifs' from different dimensions only implies that you are very anxious about this event, it is either due to fear of the disease or guilt of something, either of it can't be addressed here on this forum. It is advisable to contact a therapist and address your concern effectively.

You have already been offered the necessary support, please accept it. Your concern do not belong to this forum as we are specific to HIV prevention only and you don't have a risk.

Good luck.

Hello Thankyou so much for your feedback I just had a call right now, I went to get tested 2 weeks ago 5 weeks post exposure and was told that I tested positive for herpes type 2. Would that affect the results for hiv ? They told me I was negative for hiv, could the herpes be confused with hiv ? Or alter those results ?
You never had a risk for HIV, so the possibility of getting a positive HIV test does not exist for you.
Thankyou for your feedback, I’m just so terrified that I tested positive for hsv 2 after this encounter and am having anxiety issues.
For issues related to anxiety, you would have to see a therapist to overcome it. No one here, on an internet website can comfort you with your irrational thoughts, we have already stated that you were never at risk for HIV and that's the best we could do from here because here on this forum, we are only specific to HIV prevention information.

I'm really glad you used a condom.  As diver58 has said, this isn't going to be a risk of HIV for yo.  While his penis was inside of you, the head was covered.  That's what counts.  The penis had has to be covered, the shaft does not.  When he pulled out, the condom got left in.  As Diver58 says, air inactivates the virus so this shouldn't be a risk.  And it should also be said that a one time exposure of a condom mishap has a less than 2 percent transmission rate of HIV.  He sounds like a normal guy who has had medical care and this wasn't a high risk person.  I think you are good.

Thankyou for your response, what if the condom was left more towards the inside does my risk change ? Im trying to replay what happened that night, if it was left more towards the inside and I closed my legs and the sperm squished out more towards the inside am I at risk? I will be scheduling  a 5 week hiv test

No, your risk does not exist. Dripping in of a few drops of semen from the outer lips is not a risk because the fluid had already been exposed to ambient air.
