Hiv exposure ?im so scared:"(

I am a gay male who had sex with another gay male so we had sex I bottomed .Before we had sex when he was hard he had pre cum so I put lubricant over his pre cum & rubbed it all over his penis then he put the condom then with the same hand still wet from the pre cum I rubbed more lubricant with the same hand still wet on his penis with the condom on  then about 30 seconds later he penetrated his penis inside my anus with condom on when we were done I checked if the condom hard broken but it did not break as soon as I checked my anus I had a little bit of blood because of a hemorrhoid that I have em I at risk of hiv?and how high of a risk? I'm panicking so bad

What did you mean by "you don't have an HIV concern"? Does that mean that I was never at risk for HIV?im sorry I just want to make things clear for my self and get a better understanding in what you meant.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
