I am a little bit scared because after tube was emptied i cleaned with sponge and soap the tube and after 10 min my wife used the same sponge (with new water) to make a bath,i thought maybe remain some stuff on the sponge wich touch the genital organ and so.......

You've had two people tell you emphatically that it was not a risk.  HIV is fragile and transmission only takes place inside the body.  There is nothing else to say after no risk.
I am scared because this event happened 6 days ago and my wife today had some symtoms like flu, abdominal pain. Also i had one dangerous situation 1 months ago,i think i have the virus,i was abroad for 3 months and one week ago i comeback home but i didn't have sexual contact for this reason and now this situation.....to many coincidencies..
I am in panic because if i have the virus i will manage but thinking at this possibility to give the virus to my wife.....is something unbelievable.....i have also one daughter and don't support this thought.
What was the "dangerous situation" a month ago that you forgot about until now?
Your idea is not scientific that just because your wife got the flu that it proves she has hIV. An HIV doctor would never come to that conclusion, so you shouldn't either.
Friends,
It's not about argue, also i am sure you guys know better than me about hiv, maybe my english it's not so good,i am only worried about this situation.I don't think any post was deleted.About dangerous situation,i am sailor and 1 month ago  i was in Brasil with one prostitute. After i finished i observed half of my penis was discovered, the condom remain only on foreside of penis, instead was more fluid vaginal on the base.I didn't see if is broke the condom, after 3 days i started to have pain in the bones, fever, no apetite and a general condition no so good. This is my whole situation now, i have many thoughts.....i hope finally to be ok.Thank you for all advices and sorry for missunderstandings, only i wanted to receive some informations.

This is not a risk for HIV.  HIV is transmitted ONLY in the following ways:  unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse (penetrating) or sharing IV drug needles.  So, you need not worry and do not have any risk at all.

if you think virus is transmitted in that way  if this was the case s half of the population in world would  have already been infected till know.  hiv is not transmitted in that way  don't worry for example  you will die if a snake bite you directly   indirectly you cannot so relax don't worry enjoy your life move on no risk
