Hiv or genital herpes exposure

I had protected sex with an escort. Extremely anxious afterwards and itchy. I immediately washed myself once I got home. I have a redness on my scrotum that itches occasionally and feels raw. 4 weeks after and I now have mild congestion and coughing. Any chance I contracted anything?

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Washing afterward, by the way, would do nothing in regards to preventing HIV, Herpes, or any STDs.  However, you were never exposed to HIV.

Would it be possible if I had a shaving bump at the base of my penis? The bump is really more like a scar from an ingrown hair a couple years back
As you will note, having shaving bumps is not on the list of methods of transmission.
Thank you. You have helped my piece of mind a great deal
