Worried

I'm really worried
The last time I bottomed was 7 months ago. It was a one time, unprotected encounter. The last time I got sucked was 2 months ago. Exactly two weeks ago, I was tested nonreactive in an HIV screening. Is there a way the virus hasn't been detected in 6 months (considering i caught the virus when I bottomed)? Is there a possibility that I caught the virus from being sucked and kissing? Should I repeat the test? If so, when should I repeat it?

I had a cold this morning. The cold's gone now but I can feel a swollen lymph node under my jaw. That makes me more worried. Was the swollen lymph node caused by the cold? I have a really slight fever now.

Sorry I can't phrase it that well. My anxiety is driving me nuts and hinders me from thinking properly. Hope someone answers.

Ps. Also, can you transfer HIV through sharing drinks? I was having chapped lips and peeled some skin that made it bled. We were drinking wine and was passing the glass to everyone. I don't know if anyone was HIV positive but if someone is, could it be transferred especially when the one positive is the one using the glass before me and if he also has some cuts in his mouth/lips?

Thanks. Pessimistt.

Maybe my symptoms right now are caused by something else. Can swollen lymph nodes be normal? I mean, can you have them swollen and not be sick or anything?

Maybe because you are pushing and prodding them? If you are concerned about your symptoms, see your doctor, they have nothing to do with HIV.

Your test was conclusive, you don't need any further testing.

I'm sorry about bothering you again. The lymph nodes been swollen for about two weeks now. It makes me kinda scared that it never goes away. Also, I have an irregular bowel movement for I don't know how long now. Should I get re-tested?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

So that means I'm safe and should disregard about receiving oral sex and sharing drinks with chapped lips (okay, this one might sound silly)?

It depends on the encounter. If it is unprotected anal or vaginal sex then of course it is a risk .

From what you posted you tested well beyond the window period from the anal sex event.

And also, are you at a lower risk if someone didn't cum inside?

Sir, if you don't mind, may I ask about the risk of a single, unprotected encounter. Thank you.

Only risk you had was the unprotected anal sex (USE CONDOMS!!!!!). Your test is conclusive.
