Hiv risk after blood touch

Hi,
I am writing you hope you will help me to calm down a little.
A month ago I was on vacation in zanzibar tanzania and one night we went to a very crowdy local bar. There were locals coming and pushing and touching us every second. At one point in time I noticed some blood in my finger and so stupid from my side I thought it is mine (I had some recent squeezed pimples on the face) and touched the pimples.since then I am continously scared cuz one month after, I got persistant diarhea, kinda of oral and vaginal candida, muscle pain, night sweats.I had my antibody antigen  chemilum method test after 28 days in Romania (which dont know how advanced it is in hiv tests) which come back negative but my health it is worsening every day. Is there a big possibility to contact hiv knowing that tanzania is one of the most endemic hiv regions? Pls help me with an answer cuz this is driving me crazy cannot sleep, cannot eat, only wanna cry.thanks

1) your exposure is no risk.
2) your test are conclusive

Hiv dont survive long in blood, especially when it is exposed to air.
The virus also wont penetrate the intact skin, so u had no risk

Hey thanks for the answer.the skin wasnt intact as I had some pimples (pretty open) and I touched them thinking the blood it is coming from them but im pretty sure was not. What abt simptoms ? I am very scared
zero risk stil. symptoms are not related to HIV. it's either anxiety or something else, but a zero risk of it being from HIV.
