Oral sex is not a risk for HIV even IF you had wounds in your mouth.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You do not need to test, and your sore throat has nothing to do with HIV.

Even the contact of pre cum on my penis ? And please my test at 25th day is it a good sign ??
As I stated, you had NO RISK.  You did not need to test at all. Any test you take will be negative since you didn't have a risk for HIV.
I'm stressed as hell i even have some white pus on my tonsillitis that didn't disappear for 20 days till now
