Hiv risk concerns from vaginal fluids through clothing

About a couple weeks ago I was messing around with a woman which I was touching her intimate area but she had clothes on. I could feel she was wet through her pants, we did not have sex or oral but I am concerned I could of been exposed to HIV. I later realized the seat in my car was wet so I used paper towels to clean it up. Am i at risk of hiv since I felt her vaginal fluids on one of my hands, even though I didnt put my hands inside of her but only through clothes?

HIV can only infect inside the body. Touching someone's clothes is not a risk for transmission. You had no risk from what you've described. No risk obviously means no reason to test.

The clothes I touched and rubbed on was between her legs and it was really wet, is that a concern for my hands and hiv infection
No. Touching body fluids is not a risk for HIV. In an adult, the only way you can possibly get infected is by unprotected anal/vaginal sex or by sharing IV drug needles with infected users.
Thank you very much. Ok was going crazy googling things up

No risk for HIV and you don't need to test. Thank you.
