Hiv risk from cut and symptoms

Got a cut on my thumb(visible flesh) non bleeding smaller dn half cm ..I met many people around shaking hands where possibly their sweat could have touched my cut and also one guy whole talking his saliva fell in my eyes ...and after 14 days I have swollen node in between my jaw n neck ..painful from my from of the ear till the node between my jaw n neck along with a sore in mouth...day by day the swelling kept decreasing n finally becme the size of my other node in 3 4 days ...so after 4 days I got a rash on my thigh 2cm long n 4cm broad which lasted 1 2 days ..sore throat on the 5th day lasted 1 day..my temperature was 98.5 on the forehead and 101 in my armpit which later within few minutes became 97....

I had sexual exposure 1 year before these symptoms also protected but only fingering with cut on my finger but tested thrice which was negative.

CurfewX has given you the answers you need about HIV. The only thing I can think to add is that you should probably get a COVID test. Your wrote "......I met many people around shaking hands where possibly their sweat could have touched my cut and also one guy whole talking his saliva fell in my eyes ......"  Certainly sounds like you're not following ANY of the recommendations  for the pandemic. CurfewX DID advise you to see a doctor about your non-HIV related symptoms and I couldn't agree with her more!

The only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to get HIV from any wound that does not require urgent medical attention in order to prevent potentially fatal loss of blood.  It is not possible to get HIV through your finger at all

See a doctor about your non-HIV related symptoms.
