Maybe you should stop going to these places because every time you end up frightened for weeks afterwards.

I know and I’m soooooo stupid idk what to do should i move on or make a trst to be sure for safety ?
Next time you worry (including when you read this post) you should read all of the advice given to you when you have posted here before - because it is always the same fear and the same advice. Then you don't have to ask the same questions and get the same answers again.
If that doesn't work, then see a therapist because at this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue and no one here can help with that.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Protected intercourse, when the condom does not VISIBLY break, is no risk for HIV.   Receiving oral sex is zero risk - no one has ever been infected from getting oral sex.

I don't know why some other sites say you had a risk, but those sites are giving incorrect information.

I know the 2 method of hiv risk these you mentioned and I’m sure the condom was safe because after i finish i went to bathroom and take the condom out and fill it water there’s no any leaks or break
Should i move on ?

You said all that before so it is purposeless to keep asking the same thing.
