The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
Protected intercourse, when the condom does not VISIBLY break, is no risk for HIV. Receiving oral sex is zero risk - no one has ever been infected from getting oral sex.
I don't know why some other sites say you had a risk, but those sites are giving incorrect information.
