Hiv risk from special case of oral sex

Hello Expert,

Last week, i have an oral sex with a massage girl. My problem is after we done, she shared with me that some hours ago she has bitten her tongue by mistake, and there were a blood come out. Her tongue still being hurt at the time she giving me oral sex.

I extremely shock and nevous when hearing what she said.
Can you help me to tell me how high is my risk?
I completely understand that oral sex has very low risk, but in my case, her tongue with blood has contacted with my penis...

This is not a special case.

HIV risks for adults are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative, anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles (with IV drug users)

NOTHING else you can think of is a risk for HIV.  No one has ever been infected from receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.  Forget about HIV - you had no risk and don't need any tests.
