Hiv risk of unprotected oral sex

Hi, I had 3 encounters of unprotected oral sex with male of unknown hiv status. Two encounters of me being the insertive role and the 3rd encounter of me just licking his testicles (I didn’t suck his penis) ended with mutual jerk off, he pre cum quite a bit and was worried I subconsciously lick some of it from his testicles.

I was treated for syphilis last year but my titre was still 1: 2 which my doctor concluded as serological scar.

I read about having std increases the risk of hiv transmission. May I know what are the risk of transmission in my exposure?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (penis, scrotum, cum, etc, which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe, so move on back to your happy life. Since oral is zero risk, that risk can`t change by applying a probability factor to zero; Because anything times zero still equals zero.

The only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

Nothing else you can think of, including the event you mentioned, would put you at risk for HIV.

An STD only increases your risk if you HAD a risk for HIV.  It does not increase your risk from zero.

Thank you so much for your reply! So do I still need a hiv testing or can I move on from this incident?
There's no point in testing for a disease you were never exposed to.
