Hiv risk protected sex

Hi
I had sex with a condom with a man
But after few min i stoped him to check the condom and i see a lot of precum was at the bottom of his penis inside the condom
Now if any of his precum could come out from the bottom of the condom am i in risk for hiv
Iam a female
He said he dont use condoms before
Please help me thank you

The ring prevents cum from coming out. If it was so loose that fluid could escape under the ring, it would fall off. You can't get hiv when you use a condom.
