OCD of HIV due to needle

Hello friends,

I have went to a clinic 7 months back at that time nurse came to me and gave me injection I don't have any thoughts about it at that time but after some time I started thinking that nurse haven't open syringe in front of me may be she used hiv infected syringe I was very stressful at that time repetitive negative thoughts started coming in mind so after 4 days I did hiv test which is negative then I googled about hiv then I get to know that it will take at least 4 to 8 weeks to identify, I got anxious again so I did second hiv test after 10 weeks which is again negative but still my mind was anxious about this. even I doubtful about technician who took my blood sample whether he done it in right way not and all such negative thinking. every day I have such negative thoughts even while eating out side I get this thoughts like if waiter has hiv and all I have stop outside food. even if I went salon I got anxious about blades and all so one day I decided to take a doctor's help regarding this bcoz I googled a lot, some one say's it take 6 months to detect hiv some one say it take a year . so when  I visited hiv specialist doctor he say's don't worry you are safe. I  feels graceful by hearing this but when I reached home, again I started thinking that he is hiv specialist doctor suppose If there is infected needle/syringe and it prick  me I have spend time near receptionist may be doctor put syringe on receptionist table and that syringe needle prick up in my thighs because I stand there .
I can't stop thinking about this .
My life gets hell some time I think about suicided as well ..

Please guys help me

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

You can forget about any event that involves food, or the barber shop.  Injections are usually given in the muscle, not in the vein, and are not a risk for HIV.  NOBODY - and I mean NOBODY - re-uses needles in a hospital or clinic setting.

NOTHING you mentioned would put you at risk for HIV.

Having said all of this, it is clear that the problem is not HIV - it is anxiety.  To deal with your anxiety, you will need to seek out professional counseling.  Neither this, nor any online forum can adequately address and treat the anxiety problem you are facing.

@CurfewX Thanks for reply!
I also feels it is mental issue because I can't stop thinking even I went for HIV counseling in HIV clinic after coming out from clinic I started thinking that may be I got needle injury in my leg, may be doctor accidently put syringe on reception table and I stand there so, may be I get pricked with needle ..
What do think  is it possible or it just my anxiety

can't stop thinking about this

I have already advised you that you would not have a risk from any of the events you described.  There is no reason to ask me to repeat this information.  You desperately need to address your anxiety with a professional counselor, so that you can find peace.
Ok, Thanks for help!
I will take help of anxiety counselor
