Hiv risk

Was rimming, fingered and had protected oral blowjob by a male who i know has alot of sexual activity with other males..There was a small cut on my anus from shaving about 30 minutes prior. What is the chance of Hiv/Hep transmission from his tongue if he had bleeding gums or a std(worst case scenario) or if the finger he used had precum on it before he inserted it in me? He said he was tested in various months throughout the year and this month and was negative for hiv as well as on prep but im still terrified. I have had Hep A and Hep B vaccines as well.

None of those are risks for HIV. HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs. Saliva and air inactivate the virus. I would also not worry about things you've had the vaccine for.

Same advice applies as your last time. Your encounter didn't involve a penis in your anus so it's time to move on.
