Hiv risk

Protected oral and vaginal sex with a sexworker but didn't use lube, when I took off the condom my penis was wet and got paranoid and insisted to take pep

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

HIV isn't transmitted by bodily fluid except in the two circumstances mentioned above.  You had zero risk for HIV.  There is no detail that you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV. PEP is intended for people who had high risk for HIV, not for people who had no risk but are paranoid.
