Hiv symptoms - very scared

My story -

About 5 weeks ago I had drunk unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a college girl of whom I did not know her status. Biggest mistake I've ever made. After the incident, I asked her if she is clean and had been tested, she said yes and I have nothing to worry about. About a week later, I came down with a cold, no fever, but stuffy nose, mucusy cough, etc. This began a deep spiral into me doing research online and trying to figure out what's wrong with me.

I had a full std panel done at 13 and 26 days, both all negative.

Over the past week, I've developed major stomach issues. I've always had ibs but this is much worse. I've been going to the bathroom about 6 times a day. I've also developed some muscle aches and headaches. Nothing that some Advil can't fix for a few hours.

My main concern at this point is HIV. I'm getting tested again at week 6, 8, and 12 but extremely concerned that she might not have been tested for hiv in her past and doesn't know she has it.

My questions are:

Is my 26 day test a throw away test for hiv?
Will my 6 week test give me a good idea if I'm negative or not?
Given my situation, how high of risk did I put myself in?

Thanks in advance for the support.

Thank you for your response. Really appreciate it. As I'm sure you can imagine, my mind is racing.

I had the viral load test at 13 days (not sure which one) and nothing was detected. My doctor at the time assured that if I was positive I would be detectable. Had an antibody test at 26 days, which was negative as well. I'm getting tested again next week which will be my 6 week (40 days) test.

Do you think the 26 day test is reliable or should I not be confident until my 40 day test? Also, are stomach issues (going to the bathroom a lot) a sign of HIV?
