Hiv test accuracy

Hello again. I recently tested  HIV 4th generation elisa  test at 82 days after low risk exposure (received oral sex mutual masturbation afraid of his pre cum entering my urethra i did not clean after). It came up negative. Do i need retesting? Thanks in advance please help.

No penetration isn't a risk exposure. The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (WITH penetration) or to share IV needles to inject drugs. Air inactivates the virus. You had no risk and there is no reason to re test.

4th gen test is conclusive after 4 weeks (28 days). So 82 is more than enough. You DO NOT have HIV.

Also mutual masturbation is not a risk so didn't need to test anyway.
My exposure was no penetration But my fear is mutual rubbing he's pre cum might have gotten on tip of my penis or urethra is it Risky for hiv?
