Hiv transmission fear

Is there any chance of getting hiv if my fresh cuts on my palm which were not deep comes into contact with immediately hiv blood contaminated water .. Please clear my doubt is there any need to worry or get tested ? Am i safe or not ?

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you don't do either of the two activities I mentioned above, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   You had no risk and you should not test.  You should forget about this event and anything else like it.
