Risk of contracting HIV in my case?

So we had protected sex, the condom didn’t break... but when I wanted to ***, I took out the condom and finished using my hand... on my hand I might have the remains of vaginal fluid from outside of the condom (in process of pulling it out)... Question: How big is the risk of contracting HIV? And if it’s risk at all???

No risk.hiv is inactivated once it leaves human body .
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
