Hiv windows period

dear Doc
I am 36 years old man who live in dubai and i had a protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex with lady who her hiv wasn't clear to me 86 days ago.3 weeks after that i got very slight flu withou fever and pain.during these times I got test several type of HIV that all of them came back negative to me as follows:
3 weeks AB/AG combo test   negative
5 weeks  AB/AG combo test    negative
6 weeks PCR RNA test          negative
8 weeks western blot             negative
10 weeks AB/AG                   negative
12 weeks AB                         negative
however i still have sore through i have some questions
1- are my all tests are conclusive or not
2- what does it means red through during this period is it hiv symptoms?
3- is it possible that somebody has hiv symtomps but doesn't appear in the blood test after 12 weeks?

i have the same position as you i live in dubai and the same thing happend to me  almost 5 months ago  i wanna tell you some thing if the  girl was a visitor she might have hiv  but if she lives in dubai she is clean because of the tests that  GOV gets from people who live there  window period is 3 to 6 months but over 12 weeks is 97 percent cclsive  (in rare cases it can take long time)but your sex was protected so no worries DONT WORRY ENSHALLAH NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU BUT PUT IT IN YOUR MIND ACCORDING TO YOUR NAME IT SHOULD BE THE LAST TIME FOR YOU DONT DO ANY MISTAKE TC
