Your symptoms were unspecific to HIV. There was no correlation whatsoever.
Firstly, a medical practioner that has done this for you wouldn't risk your health by not taking proper measures for your well being. Therefore, this fear is totally irrational.
Secondly, assuming you have a valid concern, just for your peace of mind I would like to present you an evaluation.
Skin has three layers, namely : Epidermis - Dermis - Hypodermis, these are effective barrier to HIV since it doesn't expose the route to your blood vessels, which is essential for HIV to infect.
Intradermal injection means a superficial injection into the dermis region, which is a layer in between the epidermis and the hypodermis, this by no means is equivalent to injecting intravenous drugs in to your veins which is an effective route to your blood vessels.
Therefore, there was no risk. Neither did you need to test from this incident nor do you need to test further.
