How accurate are HIV rapid card tests for hiv 1 and 2, 20 days after exposure

I did frottage and got a body to body massage 20 days ago. Severe ars symptoms developed and I have rashes. Now I got a rapid test for hiv called rapid hiv card test. What kind of a test is it? It came back negative but the report says it is just a screening test and should also be used in combination with a quantitative test. Should I be worried?

This is the test

You could not have HIV from what you describe as that is NO risk activity. The only risks for HIV are having unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing IV injectible drugs.  Those are the ONLY risks.  Frottage is not a risk.  Air inactivates the virus.  Your symptoms are not HIV related as you could not have HIV.  SCREENING means what it says, a test screens if you have HIV, as in it has a definition of SHOW.  Shows you if you have HIV.  You don't.  You had ZERO risk.

See your doc if you can't get rid of the rash or for any other problem instead of just thinking you know it is a disease - because it isn't hiv so don't waste any more time thinking it is.
How conclusive are my rapid test results 25 days after the exposure?
The advice was clear. Seek therapy or your doc for a discussion instead of asking more questions here, since you don't believe anything that anyone here told you anyway.
