How accurate is HIV negative test results on 26 days and 54 days

First of all, I have already gone through the forum and consciously trying not to ask same questions again.
On 19th Jan I had an unsafe exposure. The girl is not a prostitute but most likely having multiple boyfriends. It was a vaginal exposure. Considering the associated risks and some common symptoms I was worried and did a rapid test on 26th Day (13th February). Most likely it was a 4th Generation combo test antibody + antigen. The result was negative. I was still not sure and asked the girl to test. She did a combo test on 15th Feb and the result was negative as well.
I did another test at home on 54 days with Icare rapid test kit HIV1 & 2 (antibody) and the result was still negative.

Now my questions:

a) How authentic is Icare rapid test kit by JAL Singapore?
b) I continue to have some symptoms or health issues like:
a. Headaches
b. Severe fatigue and body aches, neck pain
c. Blurry vision. Specially problem with lights (focusing on TV, mobile, computer)
d. Sore throat

I am not sure if I should mention this or this will influence the conclusion. But the fact is I have also done full blood test and vitamin D level is low. Currently it is 35 nmol/L or 14 ng/ml

This is what the CDC website states. If you are only testing for antibodies...Then the test needs to be confirmed at 90 days. If you are doing a 4th generation antibody & antigen test (blood drawn from vein). CDC states 18 to 45 days.

A nucleic acid test (NAT) can usually tell you if you are infected with HIV 10 to 33 days after an exposure.

An antigen/antibody test performed by a laboratory on blood from a vein can usually detect HIV infection 18 to 45 days after an exposure.

Antigen/ antibody tests done with blood from a finger prick can take longer to detect HIV (18 to 90 days after an exposure). When the goal is to tell for sure that a person does not have HIV, an antigen/antibody test performed by a laboratory on blood from a vein is preferred.

Antibody tests can usually take 23 to 90 days to reliably detect HIV infection. Most rapid tests and home tests are antibody tests. In general, antibody tests that use blood from a vein can detect HIV sooner after infection than tests done with blood from a finger prick or with oral fluid.

Did another rapid test on 10 weeks 3 days and the result was negative as well. Will do another test on completion of 12 weeks. Is blood from vein really required? I have read combo tests are also done based on finger prick. Am I wrong?
Blood is blood.  It makes zero difference where it comes from.  Your 12 week test will almost certainly remain negative.  12 weeks is very conservative, but it's still the guideline used.
I have done another rapid test on 12 weeks with Icare test kit (manufactured by JAL Singapore). The result was negative. I will conduct another  lab test to conclude. Thanks for your comments and support during this difficult period
It is abnormal to test again because you will get the same result since you are already proven to be negative. Consider talking with your doc instead of wasting your time and still worrying for no reason.
I will talk to the talk to the doctor as well. Thanks for your advice

A duo  is conclusive after 28 days and any other test after 3 months. Did you use a condom?

No I did not
You tested too early for each test. You have ot find if she used a duo and figure when her last unprotected was, to determine if her test was valid. If she is conclusively negative then she couldn't give anything to you.
She is claiming that her last unprotected was a year back. But I dont  know if I should believe that. She did a duo (CMIA) blood drawn from vein. Nevertheless it is definitely more than 28 days. Can I consider her result as conclusive? She also did a antibody test recently on 28th March ( 68 days from our exposure) and it was negative too. Doctors are saying 8-10 weeks antibody is conclusive
I wouldn't trust someone else's result, especially since you said you don't trust her claim that her last event was a year ago.  if you trusted that it was more than 3 months ago, then of course her result is conclusive.
Thanks a lot. I did another antibody test on 10 weeks 3 days and it was negative. Already mentioned that the girl also did another test on 68 days (this was the 2nd test) and the result is negative. I will anyway do another test on 12 weeks. As I understand other than immune deficiency or some types cancers antibodies must be present in my blood and all antibody tests cant be wrong. I dont think I have immune deficiency
