How accurate is a rapid ICT done at 3 months?

Good day. So I was the bottom in an MSM hookup from Grindr. I was aware that condoms were used (I saw it being brought out but wasnt able to see it being inserted so it scared me a little bit. Later i texted him for reassurance he said he doesnt have any stds and the condoms used were expensive so it is safer). For more than 12 weeks i am still anxious even after 3 tests.

I took a 3rd generation test at 1 month, 9 weeks, and 3 months which all came back nonreactive. Within the window period, I did not engage in any sexual activity.

I am still worried. Do I need to retest? Is my rapid ICT accurate exactly at 3 months? Can I finally rule out HIV of my life? I wont plan on doing anything risky anymore.

FYI: all tests were done at social hygiene clinics :)

Any test is conclusive after 3 months, so it would be abnormal to continue testing. Besides he probably did use the condom.
I tested at the 84th day/12 weeks. This is considered 3 months right?

And whatever circumstance that happened 12 weeks ago I can finally leave it behind? :)
