How long can hiv in semen live?
I used a fake vagina to have sex,this fake vagina was my friend give it to me. I'm afraid that he didn't clean it before he gave it to me，and I don't know if he has hiv.If there still have semen in it,do I have the risk of hiv?
Air inactivates the virus and residual semen left in the sex toy would not expose you to HIV at all. Consider this an immediate no risk. Transmission takes place INSIDE a host and plastic vaginas don't count. The only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex with penetration (and the vagina of a human being, not plastic) and sharing IV drug needles.
